Village Prenatal Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with the purchase of this ticket for the Village Prenatal Celebration Day, you agree that the ticket is non-refundable under any circumstances. A ticket can be transferred to another woman up to 24hrs before the event starts. 

Although a range of food options will be available on the day, it is your responsibility to inform the event organisers of any food allergies within 5 working days of purchasing your ticket. If you are purchasing your ticket within 2 weeks of the event starting, you acknowledge that some dietary requirements may not be able to be catered for at such short notice. 

You agree that event organisers and/or their staff may take photos throughout the event and that these may be used online for business and marketing purposes.

The event organisers and their staff are not medical professionals, you therefore agree to take full responsibility for your health and safety on the day of the event and seek advice from your chosen medical provider should you have concerns.
