The Complete Journey

To follow your feminine instinct and dive into the possibility of your journey being one of pleasure and peace? I am here to support your whole journey in the role of Birthkeeper and Wise Woman. I will create a bespoke package of care for you so that you and your family feel seen and held during this sacred time.
This package is for you if you long for a wise woman to walk with you throughout your whole journey. To build trust and connection during our time together so that you can fully lean into the process of bringing your baby earthside. During The Complete Journey I offer my support from 12 weeks of pregnancy all the way through to 6 weeks postpartum. This is ultimate devotional work and I love walking this journey with women.

Stepping into Sovereignty

I am here to help you navigate your options during this sacred time and to support you to align your true desires for your birth with truly informative care. This package is for you if you feel the call for support in late pregnancy, birth and early postpartum. During Stepping into Sovereignty, I offer my support anytime from 28 wks gestation through to 3 weeks postpartum.

The Sovereign Birth Package is for you if you are looking for care and support during your labour and birth. I offer 2 Antenatal sessions anytime after 34 weeks in order to get to know one another and build trust prior to your birth.

Birth in Power One to One Coaching
This is a 2hr private one to one session that helps you to unravel your fears and hopes around your upcoming birth experience. We will dive deep into your matrilineal ancestry and your personal red thread journey to find the wisdom and gifts that lie in these stories. I will help you to reclaim the power of your womb through speaking your story, ritual and reverence. Through this deep work I can support you to explore your held beliefs around birth on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. The goal of this session is to empower you to step into a place of trust and sovereignty for your birth and the ongoing story of your womb.

Birth Trauma Processing
This is a 2hr private one-to-one session where you can talk through your whole birth experience in a held, supportive and non-judgemental environment. You will be supported to unpack any held trauma, to release what your body and mind might be holding onto and to rewire your birth experience in your neural pathways. This is an opportunity to be heard and to have your feelings acknowledged and validated.

Preconception container
Choosing to prepare and nourish yourself as an individual and as a couple prior to conceiving is one of the best decisions you can make for the long term health and wellbeing of your future child/children and yourself. Growing and integrating another being into your world is a huge step! If you can approach this life transition with awareness, openness and a willingness to meet your edge there will ultimately be more ease, joy and grace as you unfold into motherhood. The container takes place over 6 sessions (2hrs each) that can be taken over a time frame that suits you. You will have access to my learning resources and ability to check in/ask questions in between sessions.

☯ Menstrual cycle awareness - allowing you to have a greater understanding of what is happening in your body at every stage of your cycle and how to support yourself physically and emotionally through the month.

Navigating your choices
Do you feel you need some guidance around your birth options?
Are you needing support in dealing with what you are being told from doctors or medical midwives? Do you need a second opinion?
This session is the one for you if you have been receiving system based care but something isn't sitting right and you need a space to talk it all through.
During our time together you will have the chance to ask any questions you need around navigating your pregnancy and upcoming birth. I will help you to make informed decisions based on what feels truly right for YOU. You will be given the tools you need to make aligned choices for yourself and leave feeling able to step into your power,

Village Prenatal
Pregnant in March 2025? Do you long to sit in circle with other women in a deep, intimate and held space? To be celebrated and nourished in this beautiful season of life? Then come and join us at our in-person full day event - The Village Prenatal!
Hosted by Mia and Felicity, the Village Prenatal is based on the teachings of elder midwife, Sister Morningstar. We will hold a safe a nurturing space for you to unravel into the beauty and the mystery of pregnancy.
Some of what to expect on the day: Birth in power story medicine, Fear release ceremony, Dream birth visioning, Prenatal yoga, Q&A with Mia and Felicity (both ex medical midwives turned birth keepers!). Delicious snacks and teas will be provided. And of course the space and time to just drop in to your body, breathe, connect to your baby, sit in silence, be held, loved and nourished.

The Woman's Wheel 2025 is now open for booking! The first circle - Imbolc - is ready to book now.
This is a year long exploration of the wheel of the year and women's mysteries, returning to the cycles of life and to ourselves.
Imbolc, Spring equinox, Beltane, Summer Solstice, Lammas, Autumn equinox, Samain and Winter Solstice
Together we will explore how we are innately woven into the web of life. We will remember how to connect to our own internal rhythms and to other women. Through ceremony and ritual we will rediscover the wisdom and power of our wombs and the natural world we are so intimately a part of.
I will hold a safe container for women at any stage of life, to unravel into the magic of ourselves, to feel seen, to feel held and to drop in each time into the beauty of stillness.
